Refund & cancellation
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for reporting engagements commissioned from Flow Panelpoint Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled reporting engagements, reviews, briefings, and retainers described on this site. There is no product catalogue or shipping; this policy covers professional services only.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a deposit stated in the estimate (often 30–50% of the quoted fee) to reserve calendar time. The balance is due on delivery of the final pack or completion of the briefing, as written in the estimate.
Cancellation by you
- More than 10 business days before the agreed start date: deposit refunded minus a ฿2,500 administration fee.
- 5–10 business days before start: 50% of the deposit may be retained for reserved time.
- Fewer than 5 business days before start, or after intake has begun: deposit is non-refundable; work already performed is invoiced on a time basis against the estimate.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice is usually accepted without penalty, subject to calendar availability. Later reschedules may require a new deposit adjustment.
No-shows
If your team misses a booked briefing without 24 hours’ notice, the briefing fee portion is charged. We will offer one replacement slot within 14 days where capacity allows.
Work already started
Once outlet files are in processing, fees for completed stages (intake, draft assembly, briefing preparation) remain payable even if you cancel the remaining steps.
Retainers
Monthly retainers require a minimum three-month commitment unless the estimate says otherwise. Unused months are not refundable after the month begins. Cancellation effective at month-end requires written notice 15 days prior.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed.
