Services described

Pages on this site describe professional reporting engagements for food service managers. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope appears only in a written estimate or engagement letter accepted by both parties.

Intellectual property

Website content, report templates created by Flow Panelpoint, and related materials remain the property of Flow Panelpoint Co., Ltd. unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. You may circulate final packs internally for the outlets covered by the engagement. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without written consent.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of outlet files you supply, for obtaining any permissions needed to share those files, and for decisions you make after receiving our reports or briefings.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Panelpoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from managerial decisions made after a reporting engagement. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements commissioned through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
